LEAK REMEDIATION

Water entry problems can be hard to diagnose, but we take the time to isolate the cause and find the best solution.

We will work to stop the water entry and take all the steps in order to isolate the cause and fix your roof. If a permanent repair to your property isn’t immediately possible, we will carry out any temporary repairs we can. This is to minimise further damage and allow for the property to remain occupied with any further recommendations being provided in a detailed report following the visit.

INTERNAL WATER DAMAGE REPAIR

At RnB Solutions, we pride ourselves in providing a one-stop-shop service. Once the water entry has been remediated, we will provide a quote for the internal damage repairs to be completed including any plaster damage or painting to the ceiling and walls.

TILED & METAL ROOF REPAIRS & MAINTENANCE

Our tradespeople are trained to identify the need for repairs to both tiled and metal roofs. During our initial visit, we will inspect the quality of the roofline and advise of any additional maintenance that should be completed for the longevity of your property as well as a quote for the completion of any such items

Roof & Balcony Solutions can repair or replace the internal and external guttering and downpipes at your property. Our tradespeople can even redesign your current arrangement to increase the capacity if necessary. 

If your gutters are overflowing with water during rain events or are clogged with leaves then we can help. Regular gutter cleans are something Roof & Balcony Solutions encourage all homeowners to complete as required.

GUTTER CLEANING

We offer one-off cleans on a Do & Charge basis as well as completing regular cleans as a part of our Scheduled Maintenance System. With the SMS Gutter cleaning, we will notify you when your gutters are due for cleaning and arrange for a tradesman to attend. REPORTS

Roof & Balcony Solutions are available for standard reports compiled after a Standard callout as well as Expert Witness Statements, dilapidation reports, condition reports and preventative maintenance reports. Our team of skilled tradespeople and office staff work together to provide our clients with the most accurate information possible. Our standard reports are completed after the initial visit to a property with a comprehensive table of information and recommendations. We use AroFlo to record comprehensive and detailed information relating to all the jobs we complete. This includes meticulous record keeping of labour hours, material costs, photographs and videos so that we can provide you with the most accurate information possible.
